Terrible Customer Support Service.

I have had constant issues with my Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller from normal use. I have sent back my controller now 3 different times as per the warranty and every time I get it back another issue is there. This time I have received my "fixed" controller to use it and experience that the left thumbstick click only works a percentage of the time and does not always register. I JUST WANT A USEABLE CONTROLLER.

I requested a call back from Microsoft support and have not been nasty whatsoever but every time I get someone on the phone, and they get to the point where they say they're going to help me they hang up on me. This happened 4 times and now "I have reached the limit of callbacks within the day" I'm assuming they did this for the reason they DO NOT want to help. I specifically chose my conversation to be recorded for this repeated hangup issue.

I don't know what's going on at Microsoft but I would like my issue resolved and am very upset and disheartened with this product.

My warranty expired back in December...but I only just received my controller. Covering myself I asked that question and they informed me that the warranty is extended I believe 90 days with every repair. I no longer have the option to send the device in online. This process has completely disheartened me on this product.

You can always skip that and goto device.Microsoft.com and request a repair assuming you are within the 2 year warranty otherwise it's going to cost you

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

There is a sticky thread in both enforcement forums telling you they are no longer in use.

They probably should be locked down but aren't for some reason.

At least you now know this for the future.
