    Hi all,

    Just a word of warning to anybody sending an xbox series x back under warranty repair. I have been waiting almost a month for my replacement console which was sent from the xbox germany service centre on the 15th October 2021. It is still being held at the Castle Donnington import facility waiting for release. You call UPS and your lucky to get though and if you do the phone goes dead as nobody can assist. Also Microsoft chat service has not been working for weeks and when you get through the agent states just wait a few days and then as they put you on hold to find out the line also goes dead. Does Microsoft think it is exceptable to leave a customer waiting a month with no signs of resolution. What happens to my original warranty as now my console warranty has expired as its been out that long so if I receive my replacement and turns out to be faulty where do you stand. Will the console ever arrive and what is Microsoft doing, nothing at all. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, hopefully it will be ok for others but just thought I would make people aware as this needs to be sorted for all xbox customers and if I was Microsoft I would change UPS as their shipping partner. You only have to look on social media sites to see how appalling they are.

    Have you tried using a different network to set your Xbox as the home Xbox? You can do this using a mobile hotspot

    Well I mean I've tried everything your probably gunna tell me to do as for the making my xbox home it just renders when I click the checkmark box to make it my xbox home renders for another 30 seconds then uncheck Mark's it and it don't make it my xbox home it's definitely not just my me as this has been happening for 3 days now

    I am unable to get anywhere near my connection speed through the xbox...I have tried several of the suggested tips like changing DNS etc.
    OK, so your connection speed isn't what you expect. Are you on wireless or wired? When you do a network status check, are all your connections (as reported by the Xbox One) OK?

    Why haven't you played a game yet? Or are you implying that you CANNOT play a game because you're getting errors? Or simply the games are not working?

    Help me help you, I need some more info.
