Terraria keeps crashing Xbox Series X

My friend is currently having this issue. As soon as I invite to my multiplayer world, his game crashes. He can play single player and all, yet no multiplayer. He tried hard reset, reinstall yet it still crashes.

Any solutions?

Hi BenPersson, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly check asks your friend to check his NAT Type as well as Multiplayer Connection by following the steps below:

Settings > General > Network Settings > Test NAT Type & Test Multiplayer Connection.

If there is an issue he will be notified as well as steps that he needs to perform.

In the meantime please ask him to perform an extended power cycle and reset the network hardware.

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Hi is it can you tell me when a crash bug fix for xbox series x i coming out my xbox series x keeps freezing the game and crashes playing for 2 min then it turns off best regards theis

Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.

No, if tModLoader was a DLC for Terraria, it would not be possible to put it on Xbox One or Series S/X because console manufacturers like Microsoft generally do not allow modding on their platforms, meaning you cannot officially install mod-enabling software like tModLoader on console versions of Terraria.
