Teredo - server connectivity blocked

Hi.

I bought a Game Pass to play Forza Horizon 4 with my friends.

Sadly, I cannot connect to an online game. When checking in the Xbox app / parameters / network, it reports 'server connectivity: blocked'.

I tried everything I found on Microsoft support website:

- disable/enable Teredo

- check for my Firewall

- check for my router

- uninstall and reinstall the device in device manager

I don't know what to do next, I'm out of option and out of patience... I already spent several hours on this problem.

I also cannot get a call from support, since my number has changed and now I have to wait 30 days before my new number is registered -_-

Can anyone from support assist me?

Sorry for the issue with the Teredo. We suggest going to the
Forza forums there are multiple people with this issue and there are some work arounds and fixes that may work there. Here is a link to a certain post that talks about Teredo and possible solutions.

I did not find a solution there, though... I opened a ticket to Forza support team (I think), hopefully they'll be able to help me.

How can I get a tech support to take control of my computer and have a look at this?

Microsoft support is to go to the official website and go through the support portal so you can get some technical support for Windows.

so, I decided to reinstall Windows altogether - my installation was a bit messy since October update it seems.

And now it works!

So I'll never know what was wrong, I have yet to reinstall my antivirus (Kaspersky) and many other softwares so maybe it'll stop working again...

But I sure know it's not my IP now.
