    I don't know how to run UPnP and my router doesn't have native IPv6 but I thought that Teredo took IPv4 connections and turned them into IPv6 for the servers or whatever happens.

    Is there a reason you don't run UPnP? Seems like there is a port not opened. Plus do you have native IPv6? If you do that might cause an issue as well within router.

    As long as you are filing complaints, these people will be investigated. But the enforcement team doesn't work instantly. They investigate every complaint they receive and they receive thousands of complaints a day so it does take time for something to happen.
