    Teredo is unable to qualify.


    I cannot install uninstall or do anything with the teredo tunneling adapter because it does not exist on my computer. If you view hidden devices it doesn't show up. I have also tried to install it with the guide and when I "Add legacy hardware the teredo
    file is not there. I just want to use party chat and I've been watching youtube videos and looking up web tutorials and nothing works.

    I keep getting this error when trying to connect to party chat from Xbox app while streaming to my pc I've tried serial YouTube videos to fix this but nothing has worked.... please help

    I have had the same issue non-stop... including having a blocked connection to the server. I've opened ports, created DMZ in modem, checked the services, windows firewall... I've done everything I can. Every once in awhile my NAT will suddenly be moderate,
    but still blocked from the server. Most of the time, though, its always messed up. Can't simply play Gears 4 with some buddies of mine, yet I can play online by myself no problems...

    Hello puglord77,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We recommend utilizing the article entitled

    Xbox App NAT Type on Windows 10     in order to resolve the issue. It is possible that the router or gateway must have the teredo feature enabled in the router settings. In order to take that step, the make and model of the router or gateway must be known.
    An example of this is the Netgear(make) R9000(model). Be sure to let us know the results!

    I tried every solution on the page and nothing A. enabled it into the devices and B. enabled the teredo to work. The teredo server name was invalid and that was the only portion of the page that was actually wrong but it changed nothing.I didn't find anything
    on my routers settings about enabling teredo. my Router is Arris(make) DG2470(model).

    Hey Pug,

    If there is no Teredo tunneling option on your router I recommend contacting the manufacturer for a possible firmware upgrade. It would be good to also inquire about port forwarding. Port forwarding can ensure that your PC can communicate to Xbox Live with
    no issues by being blocked by a firewall. Typically Teredo runs on Port 3544.
