    So I started Cloud Gaming when I got a new PC about three months ago. Up till two weeks ago, everything worked fine and I was really enjoying playing various games.

    About two weeks ago, all my games suddenly became unplayable--there was huge lag, the screens were unviewable because they were all pixellated, and I was constantly being disconnected. I tried a number of things--clearing caches, shutting down unnecessary programs in the background, even trying a different computer. Nothing worked, and I was confused because my internet speed tests were showing >300mbps upload and <15ms lag with no packet loss.

    Microsoft Support asked me to check my network connection. I am getting a message saying "Teredo is unable to qualify". Now when I click "Fix It", the connection changes to "Open", but I am still having all of the connectivity problems with Cloud Gaming. When I restart the computer after "Fix it", the Teredo connection reverts to "unable to qualify", suggesting something else is happening.

    I went through all the steps to restore the Teredo connection under Microsoft Support, including the Command Prompt steps. Nothing worked. I don't have an Apple or other type of router that is known to block Teredo. Now I'm at a loss for what to do next.

    This is a very frustrating issue--I was playing Cloud Gaming and really enjoying it. Now I'm planning to drop my Ultimate Game Pass subscription because I can no longer play anything. I went from "absolutely no problem, extremely smooth gameplay" to "totally unable to play" literally overnight. I'd really like to see if there's any way of getting help.

    If yes, may I know if you tried reinstalling your wifi adapter driver to see if that helps?

    Also, do you know if your windows system received an update recently before this started to happen?

    And, if you try with a different wifi network. The Teredo issue persists? (Try sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect the PC temporarily. That helps to isolate the issue a bit more)

    Thank you for the suggestion, I did find out that "Teredo is unable to qualify" however all the solutions on the "NAT type on Windows displays "Teredo is unable to qualify" Microsoft page did not work, and I still cannot connect to Horizon life, could this be a problem on their end?

    Hi wendy!

    Thank you for posting, if there is an issue with Teredo being unable to qualify there may be an issue with the router blocking Teredo tunneling. I recommend contacting the manufacturer of the router to get steps on enabling the Teredo protocol to make sure
    it is supported on the network.

    I am facing the exact same Issue, NAT type: teredo is unable to qualify... Tried all the fix on the internet, sometimes it gets fixed sometimes it does not. I cannot do this everyday and wait hours just to play FH4 online,

    Can anyone suggest a permanent solution ??????
