Teredo cannot qualify

Hello people,

for a few days I have been having some issues with Teredo drivers on my PC, but I have managed to get past them. The error that I am getting right now, and it drives me completely nuts is "primary teredo server unreachable over UDP". I have read that it
could mean I should check a router, but, since I live in a dorm, that's not an option, I am not an administrator of that network and I am not allowed to do that. Is there any option to bypass that first probe? Or is there any alternative to make my Forza Horizon
4 work properly, to make me able to join any lobbies? Because right now I can play the game just fine, but on the offline and when I decide to join someone, it just joins forever. Absolutely forever, because I have tried to do that for like 2 hours straight,
without interrupting anything.

Teredo not qualified

I have already buyed the State of Decay 2, and cant play the coop, so i checked the network things and it says that the teredo cannot qualify, i want to know how i cant get the server connection not blokecd and the teredo enable

Xbox live Nat type strict

I ve done that. So now when i go to settings in windows to xbox network my Nat type is Strict - Teredo cannot qualify after the check, the Teredo is Enabled and Im connected .. When I run Forza i still cant reach the servers and the Nat type is again
strict.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. When you receive the message concerning Teredo, what it means is that your PC isn't able to obtain a Teredo IP address to establish a secure connection on the server and without Teredo you won't be able to
use party chat or use multiplayer gaming. Since the message you receive is stating that the "primary teredo server is unreachable over UDP", it would indicate that this is an issue concerning the router or source of your internet connection. I recommend checking
out our article concerning the
"Teredo is unable to qualify" and also contacting the IT department on your campus to see if there is a possible work around that they could assist you with.

Thank you for the suggestion, I did find out that "Teredo is unable to qualify" however all the solutions on the "NAT type on Windows displays "Teredo is unable to qualify" Microsoft page did not work, and I still cannot connect to Horizon life, could this be a problem on their end?

Try this, might fix it:

If you're using a CONSOLE:

Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their console's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

(To find the Xbox One IP address, press the Xbox button to open the dashboard, go to System > Settings > General > Network settings, then select Advanced settings.)

To locate the IP of your PC: On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network > the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Properties.

Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.
