Tenure badge not showing proper data

Hi all,

Recently i've noticed that my tenure badge is showing 6 years instead of 15 as it should be.

I've confirmed it with local support callcenter, that it is wrong, but they are unable to do anything with it.

Any advices? Whom to contact?

The tenure badge only shows if you have an active gold or gamepass ultimate subscription.

If you've renewed your gold again after not having it for a bit your tenure should reappear but it sometimes takes a while.The tenure badge can be a bit slow to update sometimes.

This happens to me every year for about a week then it comes back, but usually with an added year. This year however, it disappeared for a week and came back but it still says 12 when it should now be 13. Hopefully it updates properly.

It can take up to 48 hours for your icon and badge to show up. You still earn tenure and xp during this time. If you still aren't showing your badge after 48 hours, please post in the thread linked above or PM Miss Ermine.
