Tennis World Tour / Big Ben / Breakpoint

Has anyone else been completely screwed over as well, game came out nearly 2 months ago on Xbox and sold at £50. Not had a update since, no online play and the games about 20 percent complete, they haven’t updated the community in over a month and haven’t
replied to any messages I’ve sent to them, really feel like this game should be taken off the store and the company looked into before they rob anyone else’s hard earnt cash.

It's a shame that you do

not reimburse a lousy game like Tennis World Tour. Game that has not yet

been patched online and is full of bugs. I wrote then 'times on the

developer's Facebook page and the answers you get are well

suited to take for the bottoms.The only updates (insufficient having no

results) are made for Ps4.I believe that you should protect your

customers (since you do not reimburse as Sony is doing) at least by

removing this game from the store and intervene on segli developers

who said that the game came out at 25% .May more I'll buy a digital

game and maybe I'll switch to Sony even if the One X is superior but

unfortunately badly supported

Tour.Gioco che ad oggi non ha ancora la patch per online ed e pieno di

bug.Ho scritto poi' volte sulla pagina Facebook degli sviluppatori e le

risposte che si ricevono sono pure atte a prendere per i fondelli.Gli

unici aggiornamenti (insufficenti avendo risultati inesistenti) vengono

fatti per la Ps4.Ritengo che dovreste tutelare i Vs clienti (visto che

non rimborsate come sta facendo Sony) almento togliendo questo gioco

dallo Store e intervenedo su segli sviluppatori che hanno dichiarato che

il gioco e' uscito pronto al 25%.Mai piu' comprero' un gioco in

digitale e forse passero' alla Sony anche se la One X e' superiore ma

purtroppo mal supportata

Unfortunately all digital sales are final. I am sure the XBox version of the game will be patched like the PS4 version to correct the issues you are having though, the good news is once that happens it'll be up to speed and enjoyable like you are looking
for

 

Sorry to feel like you've been screwed over on this game. Unfortunately, as it's not an MS published game, your best recourse is to keep trying to contact the developer/publisher.

 

Thanks replying, I’ve been sending them messages for a month and it shows they have just read them all on Facebook messenger it’s an absolute joke!

 

I missed out on that title. But from reading on the games wiki, sounds like it was a complete mess. I see no website for Breakpoint who was the game developer.

so I guess we should ask Microsoft...
