Temporary Consol band

I was temporary console ban I’ve called the support team to see y because the was nothing in my email saying I’m banned or anything when I called the support team the said there’s nothing on my account or Xbox saying I’m temporary console ban I want to know
what’s going on I can’t play anything and I don’t know for how long

Talax is correct. Microsoft will not tell you what you have done and that link should give all the information that you are going to get from them at this point. I am not saying that is fair, but that is what it boils down to.
