    Dude, you're not listening. These spammers are mass messaging people that are NOT on their friends list. Block that. Either stop multiple messaging entirely or stop multiple messaging to anyone that's not on your friends list. It's that simple. All that
    feature is ever used for is spamming.

    Temporary Ban

    All enforcement decisions are checked manually on the reported incident. If your language, etc have been found to be in breach of the code of conduct, then a enforcement will be handed out.

    Being a long term player, or having thousands of pounds on your account, will not change the decision that is made, if you are found to be breaching the code of conduct.

    You can make a case review via the link that is on the email that informed you on your enforcement.

    In general most enforcement decisions are held as these decisions and checks are made by a person not a bot.

    I contacted the xbox support, they agree to unlock me but they can not, they admit that it is a mistake on their part with the euro blocking, but Enforcement did not want an explanation

    that's strange that official support told that they want to unlock you but they can't cause enforcement is not listening...

    They most likely will be able to solve your problem.

    It's because you played the game too long at a single time. It is a precuation for prestige boosters. It is a simple fix as suggested by clearing your system cache. If that does not work, you just wait a while for the credits to pick back up. Bungie feels
    you earned enough credits for one sitting. lol

    Yes. That would be an ideal outcome, but how do you propose they do that? Social media, comment sections, forums, messaging services all rely on the people who receive these messages to report and block the sender. Do you
    want Microsoft to read every single one of the messages you send and receive, just in case someone says something hurtful towards you? Do you want Microsoft to listen in to every conversation you have over Live, no matter how private and personal your conversation
    is? Because, that is the only way they will be able to see these messages without you reporting them.

    We shouldn't have to do that. MS shouldn't be letting random *** send out mass messages to people that aren't on their lists. Why the hell should I cut myself off from everyone because MS is too lazy to simply put in some anti-spam functions!?

    You can stop any spam messages by simply setting your communication settings to "Friends only".
