Telling me to buy it again after already purchasing, fix?

Hello,I just pre-ordered this game and it has been paid as seen in my order history. I own it. However, it is telling me to purchase the game again after already buying it when logging in. The brand new Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, 2023.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I would like to clarify, is it showing as 'completed' on your order history? If yes, you simply need to remove and re-add your account.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

this is not correct , because even when i try to purchase the pc version of the game it tells me I already own it and will not let me buy it for pc so it is your damn store that is messed up microsoft , how about fixing it ???????

I fixed it by going to my account page on the computer, canceling my subscription (which gave me a full refund because I purchased it recently) and then used the refund to buy it again. Tell me if it works for you

Same, I checked my purchase history and its not there I uninstalled it and it disappeared. I checked the store and it asked me to buy it again I already paid and already put hours in this game I hope they don't make me pay twice
