    Tell Me Why: Chapter 1-3 LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line:1651] Xbox Game pass


    Good day,

    I have been trying to play Tell Me Why since its launch but it will not start and I receive a "THE UE4-TME Game has crashed and will close" error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but no fix. Graphics and windows are up to date.

    here is the error message:

    LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line:1651]
    Failed to find shader map for default material
    WorldGridMaterial(/Engine/EngineMaterials/WorldGridMaterial.WorldGridMaterial)!
    Please make sure cooking was successful (Contains inline shaders, has GTSM)

    Will have to give this a go, I have uninstalled and redownloaded the entire game twice now with no luck.

    I also have the same problem it shows as chapter 2 and 3 are downloaded on my Xbox one but I can't see an option to start chapter 2. I can go to replay in collectible mode and it will say all progress will be lost. How can I start chapter 2 ?

    Shows both chapter 2 and 3 installed on xbox one

    I have exact the same Problem on PC.

    Same error message.

    I dont even get into the Game Menu .

    Chapter 1 and 2 worked well,now Game wont start after update.

    Unfortunately I cannot even get into the game menu, I cannot load the game at all my PC just throws up that error :( big sad
