unfortunately I am not savvy enough to know the codes for the apps - another thing that I find quite surprising is that I get the error code but when I come to XBox and enter the code in the search window, nothing comes up. there is no ID on the error code
to tell me who's code it it....windows 8?, microsoft?, xbox? Really poor support

Same. Mojang won’t answer their emails and i don’t know who to turn to, i’ve heard they just tell you to contact microsoft but microsoft has told me they can’t help me either. I’m extremely frustated!
