    I need your help, Im trying to setup and control my cable receiver, the specific model is the following:

    TECHNICOLOR

    DCI747TLV3

    This model is showed under the list of valid devices found, but when finally I want to select the model nothing happens.

    Can you assit further to check whats going on?

    Thank you for keeping us updated. Are you using a Technicolor router? If the router is a Technicolor router, what is the model number of the router? We have seen this issue occur when customers use a technicolor router. This is due to the security protocol
    of the router. Once we have the make and model of the router, we can move forward with changing the security protocol. An example of this is the Netgear(Make) R9000(Model). Be sure to let us know the results!
