    Technicolor (Modems/Gateways): Cant connect xbox one to technicolor router
    I am trying to connect Xbox One to my Technicolor router. Everytime I type in the password the screen says no signal and goes back to the original Green Screen of Death. I can't get out of the introductory screen so that I can check any other settings. Any
    ideas on how to escape the introductory screen and get to settings?

    I have a Technicolor 8305C.

    XBOX 360 Connected via ethernet.

    XBOX One Connected via Ethernet.

    I placed the Xbox One as my DMZ, and it worked.

    No sir, but i will say we did talk to someone from microsoft via phone conversation. He ended up calling his ISP. They manually reset his internet through them. He sent me a party invite and BOOM, connected with no lag. Tried again on red dead online,
    BOOM! Connected with no issue. Our issue is fixed.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand your having issues playing with a friend. I recommend you both try removing and recovering your profiles? You may also want to consider a restore to factory defaults I recommend
    the "Keep My Games & Apps" option on both.
    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One

    Note: You will need your Microsoft Account email and password to recover your account after the reset.
