Technical support hold time on a phone OVER 2 HOURS

Hi,

Just wondering how long one show expect to be on hold to talk to an agent? It is now over 2 hours and I'm still waiting for someone to answer?

Said I would get a call back in 2 mins which I got but then have been left on hold for over 2 hours without speaking to anyone??

EDIT:

The call just dropped for no reason and I really dont want to call back and be put on hold again. Can someone please contact me ASAP

I appreciate this might not be the correct platform however if someone can point me in the right direct would be great.

Hello, you would have to call them. Nobody here can call you.

They no longer have a direct line. You would have to request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

You can also post your issue here and see if the community can assist, although if it has to do with billing or a repair issue, it'll have to go through support directly.

I am right at a 2 hour hold after support called ME. There was no warning whatsoever that I would have to wait on the phone for -hours-. Microsoft called ME and put me on hold
