    Technical issues


    Ok I understand Microsoft are having technical issues at present affecting downloading of games, but just to put my mind at rest so I can basically sit back await normal service resuming. Can you tell me if its normal in the circumstances that one, the
    games I have already downloaded and been confirmed as installed will not play (I keep getting redirected to the Microsoft store where I'm asked if I'm signed in) and two, Is it normal that my addons ie for Train Sim World, although being confirmed as installed,
    do not show up in the game itself?...Bare in mind, and I still don't know if it's relevant, that I have done a factory reset of my Xbox one s. Though I chose the keep my games etc option. I'm still using my original Microsoft account details, so pressume
    the store will still be cool with that. Any help appreciated. Thanks..

    Technical Issue

    I have installed only this game on my XBOX so I don't know if occurs to other games.

    As I see in different social groups no other users face this problem

    Oh, thank you for letting me know. Please try removing and readding your account by following the steps below:

    "REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    ADD ACCOUNT​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

    3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

    Hi JacobSechslingloff, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below then unplug your keyboard:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    On it, and in this case you may need to reach out to the game support in that way they can check your in-game account.
