Tech to speech Xbox game bar

when I type it doesn't play any sound when i send the message etc it just displays the text. and its not on any game its just on the xbox game bar app

1. Run the SFC tool to find and repair possible system corruptions

2. Perform an in-place upgrade for your system (don't worry your content will remain)

3. (Optional) Go back to windows 10 or perform a custom installation for windows (in case you want to go back to 10 or reinstall 11)

yeah i have done this and still Text to speech isnt workling

Hi Ben, I can advise other things to try:

A. Can be a bit odd but try creating a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there

B. Reinstall the game bar via powershell command

Right-click on the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin) from the pop-up menu.

Copy and paste the following command in PowerShell and hit Enter to uninstall the Game Bar from your system.

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

Now head over to Microsoft Store and search for Xbox Game Bar, install it and give it a new try

C. Delete the registry keys associated with the game bar :

Press Windows key+R then type regedit and press Enter.
Go to this path (expand the folders using the little ">")

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR

Once there delete all the keys except (Default), restart your PC and try again
