    Team , In the 25 digits redeem code for FIFA 16, last 5 digits erased while scratching it....I tried by chatting with EA team and Microsoft /XBOX ONE team to recover the erased redeemed code....but still there is no proper outcome regarding this...

    where do you put in the code for the ulitmate team, its a 16 digit code but if you go to redeem code it always asks me for a 25 digit code?

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. You are correct, the Xbox prepaid codes should be 25 digits long. Xbox will not take codes that are any shorter or longer.

    Check your 16 digit code for any possible redeeming instructions. For example, you may be asked to redeem that 16 digit code on a publishers/third party website before getting your 25 digit Xbox code.

    That is not correct. The code is 20 digits, while the PC redeem codes are 25 digits.

    Make sure you're redeeming it in the right place. An Xbox code is 25 digits. Since it's 16 digits, you most likely need to redeem it on Epic's website. There should be instructions with the code.

    All Xbox codes are 25 digits, even 360 ones. Since it is 16 digits, it most likely needs to be redeemed in the game itself.
