TC`s RainbowSix Vegas 2 lässt sich nicht auf xbox one herunterladen

Hallo, habe RainbowSix Vegas 2 als Download code für die one bei menem erwerb von RainbowSix Siege erhalten. Dieser konnte nicht eingelöst werden, da es sich laut aussage vom Microsoft SUPPORT um einen Code für eine Spielanleitung für dieses Game handelt.
Somit habe ich mich an Ubisoft gewendet, die mir einen neuen code zugesendet haben. Dieser lies sich nur über meinem Microsoft account im WEB und nicht auf meiner Konsole aktivieren! gebracht hat es mir nichts. Auch nach erneutem Kontakt mit dem Microsoft
Support und Stunden langem versuch das Spiel auf meiner konsole verfügbar zu machen schlug fehl. Mir wurde vom Support geraten mich nun hier mit diesem Problem zu melden. Dann bin ich mal gespannt, ob dieses Spiel mir überhaupt jemals zu verfügung steht! und
mir endlich geholfen wird.
