TC Division 2 Warlords of New York expansion

Ok, so back in March I bought the Warlords of New York expansion for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2. I purchased it at a GameStop so I was given a physical code to enter. Upon entering said code, I received an error screen stating that there was a problem on
the Xbox Live servers and that I needed to wait a while and try again. After waiting about an hour, I re-entered the code and received a message statung that the code had already been used. Upon loading the game and trying to access the DLC, I was redirected
to the store where it showed I did not own it. After several days pf attempting to re-enter the code, and accessing it within the game, all to no avail, I decided to contact support. There I was told that there was a glitch of sorts on the Microsoft side of
things, and was redirected to Ubisoft Support, and was told they could help. Upon contacting them, I was told that it was a purely Microsoft error, and that Ubisoft support could not help. So I basically gave up.

The other day I was installing The Division 2 again, and in the download que it showed that the Warlords of New York DLC was installing, along with some “early purchase” bonus content. After attemlying to access it again within the game, it still said I didn’t
own it, and sent me to the store to buy it. After double checking my dowloaded files for the game, and checking the Xbox store (where it says I own it), both sources confirm that it is installed. So basically, Xbox live says I own it, and the game says I don’t.

Does anyone know what on earth the problem is, and how I can fix it? I just want to play the bloody DLC.
