Tax Exempt Large Order

I have a tax exempt card for my organization and need help purchasing around 20 Microsoft Flight Simulator for the PC. I am unable to purchase them before hand due to strict tax rules for my State run organization.

Please advise on the steps I should take to purchase the Flight Simulator for our 20 computers.

I was thinking about setting up 20 different outlook/Xbox accounts and then using one as a master to gift the game to the others. I would need to navigate the purchase using our tax exempt status.

I don't know anything about the tax exemptions, but I just want to mention that make sure the computers you have are capable of running Microsoft Flight Simulator. If they are not, then there would be no point in ordering the game.

The agent said that they cannot apply the exemption to the subscription account, but can refund the tax after purchase. You have to provide a photo of the status card, Microsoft email it was purchased on, and the receipt of payment to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

Your post reminds me of my friend Claudio from high school whose family had a tax exemption card, and a Micro Center a few miles up the road. I haven’t thought of him in many more years than I would like to admit

For tax exemption, you may contact taxexmpt@microsoft.com - NOTE: The email address is missing a second "e". This is the correct spelling.

Before submitting for tax exemption, an order must have been already made and purchased. When you email, please provide proof of exempt status and ensure that the Microsoft account name and the organization name on the tax-exempt document match. The billing address must also match the physical address of the organization.
