Hola buenas tardes MariiaZelenskaia, espero y te encuentres bien, y cuéntame que tipo de tarjeta compraste?? Fue tarjeta prepago o tarjeta activa, la tarjeta prepago es pequeña, es como la de Netflix y se activa en cajas del comercio, y la tarjeta activa
es mas grande y se abre rompiendo un cintillo, me podrias decir cual de estas dos tarhetas compraste, esto con el fin de ñoderte dar una respuesta certera a tu problema.
