Taptiles will not open - this is ridiculous

Discus and support Taptiles will not open - this is ridiculous in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Taptiles will not stay opened, haven't played in over a month, can't find any support, I think this is ridiculous!     Taptiles will not open - this is ridiculous


    Taptiles will not stay opened, haven't played in over a month, can't find any support, I think this is ridiculous! I just uninstalled it and then reinstalled and that did not help. How can they not fix this!!!!????

    taptiles not working..

    I have played taptiles for years and enjoyed it. Now it won't open... very frustrating. The new Taptiles Windows 10 is not good. It has a touch delay, sometimes opens and mid game goes to a commercial. Please fix the first taptiles!!!

    not let me play with taptiles I know how to pay this game and please open this taptiles & different . also wrong my password but already get new password but not final new one.

    Taptiles not opening

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear you're seeing issues with Taptiles. Can you completely uninstall and reinstall the game and see if you're still seeing errors opening the game?

    TAPTILES

    I can still open Taptiles (the old version which I prefer to the Microsoft Taptiles 10 version) but when I click on Daily Challenges, I get the message 'There was a problem launching Daily Challenge data., Please refer to error code 002000. I tried opening Taptiles from the Microsoft Store, My Library, Owned as you suggested but the same happens. It opens OK but then I get the same message when I click on Daily Challenges. I notice that Taptiles is no longer in the Microsoft Store - only the newer Taptiles 10 version. Does this mean that Microsoft have discontinued the old version of Taptiles? I remember that some time back Microsoft discontinued the old version of Soduko which I also preferred to the new version.

    My problem is similar.........starts to load...Taptiles screen, turns to Meditation screen, closes back to opening account screen. Any ideas how to get back to Taptiles?
