    Taptiles will not load up ........states that it is on my pc, but will not upload at all stays with the purple screen.

    how can you play games if they say they are on computer, but not?? Taptiles will not load up, states that it is on my pc, but will not upload at all stays with ... :( Penny

    Taptiles problems - we need your help!

    HP-TS17-i7-4700MQ-16GBram-win8.1pro with media centre-graph1 Intel HD4600-grap2 GForce GT 47m. Taptiles loads purple screen for about 1 second then goes to icon on taskbar. diagnostics suggested corrupted windows store and possible graphic driver problems.
    Drivers are up to date, with auto-switching between graph1 and graph2 depending on GPU load. Did all the reset/reinstall to latest update with the result that opening splash screen now closes to taskbar much faster, but game does not load.

    Taptiles problems - we need your help!

    Running WIN8.1 on HP Envy 17,

    Click on Taptiles from the Home screen

    Taptiles launches and purple screen appears

    Taptiles purple screen minimizes to the task bar

    Pretty much same as others

    The only thing I have to add is,

    If I open the task manager... Taptiles is not there, even though it is still mimimised on the task bar.

    This leads me to believe it has not even opened yet.

    BTW, I tried your recommended 5 step update, same as before, did not make any difference

    Taptiles won't load

    My problem is similar.........starts to load...Taptiles screen, turns to Meditation screen, closes back to opening account screen. Any ideas how to get back to Taptiles?

    I have Taptiles Premium for a year, and daily now I'm getting error message 002000 and I can't play. Help!

    Arkadium who have released an updated version which does not have a login or anything for windows/xbox live

    you will now see that error all the time if you are using the old version of taptiles as it no longer connects.

    the new version is named taptiles windows 10

    even though in the description it states login with live you can't as it has been removed.

    Running Windows 8.1 RT on a MS Surface. Taptiles has been in & out for a few weeks now. Sometimes it's just slow to load, other times I have to try repeatedly, recently it won't load at all, even if I shut down & restart my tablet.

    Generally when I click the Taptiles icon, I get the splash screen & the spinning cursor to indicate it's loading. It will blip out & send me back to the games icon screen. Try again, same thing. This could be repeated until I get frustrated & give up, or
    sometimes I get an error telling me that it can't sign me in to xbox, go to xbox.com & sign in & retry loading. When I do that, it still won't load.

    Strikes me as being a problem w/connecting to the server, but I'm not a techie; just some *** who's addicted to Taptiles :(
