    Taptiles Version 2.0.1404.1723 Daily Challenge Problem


    Since the launch of Taptiles version 2.0.1404.1723 I now find that the first time I open the App and try to solve one of the Daily Challenge puzzles I will only get the background image, music, and Blue Play banner after the "Bring it on Bing" video has
    finished.

    However, if I then close down the App and then restart it, the Daily Challenge puzzles appears as normal after the "Bring it on Bing" video has finished playing.

    Daily challenges not opening

    I've also got the 'there was a problem downloading daily challenge data. please check your internet connection and try again. please refer to error code 002000' on two different laptops one running 32 bit W8.1 and the other running 64 bit W8.1

    The version of Taptiles is 1.8.0.31101

    It's only the daily challenge that is failing to load - Taptiles itself logs into Xbox OK.

    Also the daily challenges for Minesweeper, Mahjong and Solitaire load without any problems

    taptiles daily challenges not working

    The taptiles daily challenges on my windows app have shown error message 0020000 for 3 days now. I have tried all suggested fixed to no avail. This is apparently a longstanding problem from at least 2013!! When are you going to fix this problem permanently
    or take taptiles off the market? I enjoyed the daily challenges a great deal, and miss doing them. PLEASE FIX TAPTILES NOW!!

    TAPTILES

    I can still open Taptiles (the old version which I prefer to the Microsoft Taptiles 10 version) but when I click on Daily Challenges, I get the message 'There was a problem launching Daily Challenge data., Please refer to error code 002000. I tried opening Taptiles from the Microsoft Store, My Library, Owned as you suggested but the same happens. It opens OK but then I get the same message when I click on Daily Challenges. I notice that Taptiles is no longer in the Microsoft Store - only the newer Taptiles 10 version. Does this mean that Microsoft have discontinued the old version of Taptiles? I remember that some time back Microsoft discontinued the old version of Soduko which I also preferred to the new version.
