TapTiles stopped working

I have a Toshiba Satellite P750 6GB I7cpu, I upgraded it to windows 8 with Media Player, then to 8.1, then loaded the 8.1 Update and am current on all patches. Taptiles stop working last week. The game loads, the ads play, then all I have is the game screen
with no game. No errors are shown. It is just dead. I right click, select restart, then cancel instead of play to leave the game. Solitaire and Mahjong all work just fine.

Taptiles problems - we need your help!

Using Taptiles on Win10 Pro. I've been playing Taptiles for about a month without problems. Now Dash has stopped working. The other games (e.g., Daily Challenge, Relaxation, Origins) run fine. With Dash, the puzzle screen loads with the rotate and pause
buttons showing but the puzzle itself is missing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled TapTiles several times to no avail.

 

Taptiles 8.1 issue AGAIN!

We have the same problem, Taptiles minimizes itself immediately on launch an HP Envy laptop. It was working, then stopped. This problem exists with both accounts on the Envy. Taptiles works fine on both accounts on an HP Pavilion. On my desktop, Taptiles
will not connect to Xbox, although other Xbox games work fine. All systems run Windows 8.1 All systems are current on Windows and application updates.

 

Please try to snap game to 30% view while you on game page (game screen with background and with no game) and after what unsnap to 100 %.

 

How do you snap when in Taptiles in full screen mode?

 

Figured it out - and the snap/unsnap did bring back the tiles and allow the game to be played. But, as you know, this is a workaround and not a fix.
