Taptiles problems - we need your help!

I am running on Windows 10. Daily Challenges suddenly switched from a view with 5 challenges to a smaller view showing only the first 3 easiest challenges. Stopping and restarting application did not restore the correct view. Restarting computer did not
restore correct view. Daily challenges the next day show the small 3 games only view.

 

When I play any taptiles game there is an option to watch an ad to get another 30 seconds on the clock. I click on 'Continue' to get the extra 30 seconds, but the game immediately opens without adding any extra time.

If there are no ads to play the clock should at least add the extra 30 seconds. I agreed to watch the ad to get the time, but I don't get the extra time so the game is stealing time from me. I lived up to my end of the bargain, but the game isn't fulfilling
it's part of the bargain.

 

1. Windows 8.1, HP ENVY Laptop.

2. Purple screen comes up for a second, then crashes to whatever I previously had up. Typically the desktop.

3. No error code.

I expect a response since this seems to be a well known issue for several years. I have attempted all troubleshooting I have found in the forums. Nothing has worked.

 

I have been waiting for a response for well over a year now.

 

Since Windows 10 download I have been unable to sign in to Taptiles. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have now lost all this months daily challenge results. Please help

 

Running Windows 8.1 RT on a MS Surface. Taptiles has been in & out for a few weeks now. Sometimes it's just slow to load, other times I have to try repeatedly, recently it won't load at all, even if I shut down & restart my tablet.

Generally when I click the Taptiles icon, I get the splash screen & the spinning cursor to indicate it's loading. It will blip out & send me back to the games icon screen. Try again, same thing. This could be repeated until I get frustrated & give up, or
sometimes I get an error telling me that it can't sign me in to xbox, go to xbox.com & sign in & retry loading. When I do that, it still won't load.

Strikes me as being a problem w/connecting to the server, but I'm not a techie; just some *** who's addicted to Taptiles

 

Using Taptiles on Win10 Pro. I've been playing Taptiles for about a month without problems. Now Dash has stopped working. The other games (e.g., Daily Challenge, Relaxation, Origins) run fine. With Dash, the puzzle screen loads with the rotate and pause
buttons showing but the puzzle itself is missing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled TapTiles several times to no avail.

ive have no problems withe game apart from ive completed all the origin challenges apart from 3, but none of the challenges have updated or changed, even though ive upgraded for the premium package also is there anyway i can extend the time on the puzzle
challenges? because i am stuck on 3 of them and cannot do them

hi i am running windows 10 on a Lenovo ideapad 305-151bd

I am getting the games ok no probs.

my problem is that I've updated to the premium package but my origins challenges are not updated: I have completed all the challenges 3 months ago except 3 of them, but the completed challenges they have not updated or changed so that I can do more challenges.
Also I would like to ask is there anyway I can extend the time on the origin challenges so I could complete the last 3 that I cannot do or change them completely and start with new challenges

Select Dash on the main screen. (My problem was with Dash not loading the tiles, all other ways to play the game still worked for me)

Select Menu (after you're in the Dash screen with proper background/controls but no tiles).

Select Restart in lower right corner.

Select Continue

Anyway, this did the trick for me.

would start to load then just close & go back to start screen or said can't login to Xbox.

I am using surface RT 2 running windows 8.1.

I uninstalled it reinstalled it, now it says app can't open
