Taptiles problems - we need your help!

Running WIN8.1 on HP Envy 17,

Click on Taptiles from the Home screen

Taptiles launches and purple screen appears

Taptiles purple screen minimizes to the task bar

Pretty much same as others

The only thing I have to add is,

If I open the task manager... Taptiles is not there, even though it is still mimimised on the task bar.

This leads me to believe it has not even opened yet.

BTW, I tried your recommended 5 step update, same as before, did not make any difference

Xbox we need your help.

I have an Idea that I posted at the
EA Sports NHL 12 Forum. I think it would be a hit and other feel the same. Just need EA to add it in the Online Gaming. Maybe if more members ask for it they will do it.

What it is. is BAP Co-op season. I even thought if you and your friends could have a club and play against the Computer or in the EASHL. With the same BAP. The BAP max out as it is. So even if a team can find a way how to boost. It doesn't matter.

ok i just did a system update that was forced tap tiles was working yesterday so the game lunches fine plays in all game modes but daily challenge mode it is not affecting just tap tiles but multiple apps jigsaw in daily challenge modes

 

I am using Windows 8.1 and I have a Toshiba Laptop computer.

After last weeks auto update from Windows I could not access my games or even the stores.

How do I get the games to play now? I paid for no commercials and this is what I get in return?

I am not impressed.

2. When I launch Taptiles I get the purple screen with the Taptiles icon in the center. This lasts less than a few seconds. Then the computer moves back to wherever I was before. Taptiles still appears in the taskbar and the list thing that shows you what
you have open when you swipe from the left of the screen. Clicking on one of these results in repeating the process. My sister and I have been having this problem for months. (I also tried deleting the app and then reinstalling it. This did nothing.)

 

I'm very frustrated! I can't login to any of my xbox games.

 

1. I am running Windows 8.1 on a HP Pavilion 11 Touch Laptop

2. When I launch Taptiles, the purple splash screen appears briefly, then disappears and brings me to the Desktop. The 'circle' that usually would appear to indicate that it was loading and logging into the XBox site NEVER appears.

3. There is NO ERROR CODE!

This is since I did a Taptiles App update last week (June 2015).

 

I am running windows xr for my dell tablet. Having same issue purple screen then no loading, also never signs me in like the other Xbox games

 

I just tried to uninstall and reinstall tap tiles

on my dell tablet windows xr, I got an error message 0x80073cf9 and it would not install.

 

When I go to play tap tiles, solitaire it signs me in then goes to advertisement and locks up not progressing any further. What do I have to do in order to play game.

 

I play this challenges every morning and as I was playing this a.m. the screen went black and then it said we have to pay for the premium game and I said no thanks and the screen just stayed the same

 

I am running Windows 8 on a HP Laptop.

I have been playing this game for a long time. When I tried to play again two days ago, it starts to set up but when the ad is supposed to play it just goes to a black screen and stays that way. There is a link at the bottom of the black screen that states
to upgrade to avoid the ads," click here". I tried it and a window opens within the black page with the options to pay for one month or pay for one yeat or a "No Thank You" button. I clicked on the No Thank You button and it just goes back to the black screen.
The black screen never changes, no matter how long I wait. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and no change. still exact same issue. There is no error code

PLEASE FIX THIS APP, You got me addicted, now what do I do to kill time???

 

I am running Windows 8.1 on an HP laptop and an Asus laptop. I get the same problem on both computers. For several days in both the Daily Challenge games and the Origins games the advertising would sometimes run or sometimes would go to a black screen
from which I couldn't play the game. It sometimes worked after relaunching taptiles several times.

As of yesterday the advertising does not run before a game. This is okay in the Daily Challenge games, but in the Origins games the I click on the 'Continue' button to get 30 seconds extra on the clock, but the game starts without the advertising running.
Therefore the extra 30 seconds doesn't get added on to the clock.

If you can't fix this problem then how about just automatically adding an extra 30 seconds onto the clock when the game starts?

 

I am running Windows 8.1 on an Asus X550L laptop (non-touch screen).

Game is running perfectly until I did the routinely Windows Update yesterday. At first I thought it's just my bandwidth used up but it refreshes everyday so I have enough to run the game today. But same thing happens, I play the Daily Challenge and the game
pops out of the screen and stops while I'm playing. It becomes minimized and when I maximize the screen again, it would reload but then the problem repeats while I'm playing.
