Taptiles not working

    Taptiles not working


    I have an HP pavillion running windows 8.1 64 bit. I followed the instructions on the June 10 update to uninstall, reset, restart, install. The app did appear to install this time which is new but the results are the same. When I click on the taptile
    icon it takes me to the purple tile page. Nothing happens so I touch the screen thinking I need to take action. Nothing happens and then the page drops to the bottom of the screen on the task bar. I click the icon, up comes the purple tile page and it drops
    to the task bar. More fixes please.

    Taptiles not working

    I have this problem too. I've followed the latest instructions for a fix but it still takes me to the purple page and then drops to the task bar.. Very frustrating as I enjoyed the game.

    I have this same problem too, it started about the 27th of Sept. I have tried everything but nothing helps. When is it going to be fixed. I really like this game !

    Mine says it was updated 9/29/2014. It still will not work just goes to purple screen and does not load. It then goes back to the taskbar. No error message.

    Is there a fix for this problem? I would really like to play taptiles. I have updated, uninstalled, reinstalled and nothing works. PLEASE HELP!

    What's the version number? You can find this by opening the charms bar (swipe in from right), then going to Settings > About.

    It worked for 2 days and now won't work again. I have version 2.3.1409.1802 I run windows 8.1 on an HP laptop. Now it takes me to he page with dice in the left corner, micsoft logo in upper right corner and taptiles at the bottom. It won't go any further
    than that.

    What happen next? Does it just get stuck there? Does it minimize to the taskbar like before? What device are you playing on?

    Not loading Mahjong

    Having the same problem In the last few days with both Mahjong & Solitaire. Solitaire was working & Taptiles wasn't. Now Solitaire won't work, but Taptiles does.

    Premium Taptiles Game

    I uninstalled Taptiles and reinstalled it, and now it's the Premium version again. Thankfully, it worked. So for now, all is well in Taptile land.

    Taptiles update Windows 8.1

    I had internet 8 and updated to 8.1. When I had 8 taptiles worked perfectly. Now, when I play solitare or majohng when I AM SIGNED IN. Taptiles will not play and only shoots taptiles to the task bar on the desktop and refuses to open or let me sign in.
    Updates or uninstall does NOT work. Help.

    Taptiles 8.1 issue AGAIN!

    We have the same problem, Taptiles minimizes itself immediately on launch an HP Envy laptop. It was working, then stopped. This problem exists with both accounts on the Envy. Taptiles works fine on both accounts on an HP Pavilion. On my desktop, Taptiles
    will not connect to Xbox, although other Xbox games work fine. All systems run Windows 8.1 All systems are current on Windows and application updates.

    I have the same problem. I don't like Taptiles Windows 10 version. It seems like a step backwards. Fix the first Taptiles please!!
