Taptiles not working

Since January 17th I have not been able to play Taptiles. When I start the game, the initial loading screen shows, but then disappears. The app is still running in the background and when I swipe in from the left, the same initial loading screen shows, but
again disappears (minimizes). It worked fine on January 16th.

Taptiles not working

It worked for 2 days and now won't work again. I have version 2.3.1409.1802 I run windows 8.1 on an HP laptop. Now it takes me to he page with dice in the left corner, micsoft logo in upper right corner and taptiles at the bottom. It won't go any further
than that.

Never mind, I figured it out. It is Microsoft's system hardware update from 1/15/14. I did a System Restore and all is working again.

No, it is down again. Looks like the hardware updated itself and now cannot be undone. Using a Surface Pro 1 with all Windows updates currently available for Windows 8.1

There is a Taptiles update that should be pushed out soon. Have you tried doing a full restart of the tablet from the menu (rather than shut down or sleep)? Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't but it's worth a try.

Having the same problem In the last few days with both Mahjong & Solitaire. Solitaire was working & Taptiles wasn't. Now Solitaire won't work, but Taptiles does.

I uninstalled Taptiles and reinstalled it, and now it's the Premium version again. Thankfully, it worked. So for now, all is well in Taptile land.

I had internet 8 and updated to 8.1. When I had 8 taptiles worked perfectly. Now, when I play solitare or majohng when I AM SIGNED IN. Taptiles will not play and only shoots taptiles to the task bar on the desktop and refuses to open or let me sign in.
Updates or uninstall does NOT work. Help.

We have the same problem, Taptiles minimizes itself immediately on launch an HP Envy laptop. It was working, then stopped. This problem exists with both accounts on the Envy. Taptiles works fine on both accounts on an HP Pavilion. On my desktop, Taptiles
will not connect to Xbox, although other Xbox games work fine. All systems run Windows 8.1 All systems are current on Windows and application updates.

I have the same problem. I don't like Taptiles Windows 10 version. It seems like a step backwards. Fix the first Taptiles please!!
