    Taptiles Not Available on my Account - Earlier post not helpful


    I am getting a message - all of a sudden - that TapTiles is not available on my Account. I checked the forum and saw that an earlier poster was advised to uninstall and reinstall. I tried that. It can't reinstall. I very quickly see a message saying its
    acquiring license and returns the error message that it can't download right now but will try later.

    IN ADDITION, from time to time, I will 'lose' the license I bought for the game packs (so you don't get the advertisements). Its there then its not then its back. Today, it wasn't there prior to me trying to restart the game and running into the problem
    above.

    If it helps, I'm having the exact same issue with Minesweeper so my expectation is that its not so much about TapTiles as how you are keeping track of license information.

    PLEASE HELP! I love these games.

    games wont execite

    When trying to execute jigsaw, mahjong and taptiles get the message 'check your account Microsoft jigsaw/taptiles/mahjong is not available to you'.

    What is going on I can't play taptiles give me a mg when I try to open the app. "Taptile is currently not available in your account. here's the error code if you need it 0x803F8001"

    I am having what I suspect is the same problem, and there seem to be a lot of other people experiencing this, and so far no response from "support" & going to the store was absolutely no help at all!!!

    The message I get, is

    Check your account

    Taptiles is currently not available to you.

    Go to the store

    Hey everyone.

    Apologies for the delayed response on this. I took the time to see if there are any download issues on my end for Taptiles and I wasn't running into any issues. To start out, since you uninstalled the game, have you given your PC a restart? That can often times
    clear up any temporary files that may be preventing you from completing the download and installation.

    Keep us updated so that we can best help out if needed. Thanks!

    Taptiles started running ok for me today, 7 days after I first started receiving the message "check your account". Over the past 7 days I have done several restarts, and one of those was a "restart & update".

    My first attempt to resolve it was to restart (that did not fix it),

    then I checked my account (could not see any issues there).

    then I checked the forum, and could not see any solution there.

    I did not uninstall taptiles.

    I have a Lenovo yoga running windows 10, and it regularly "loses" the mouse pointer, & the quickest solution for that is for me to do a restart, so over the past seven days, as I said, I have done several restarts. But none fixed the taptiles problem. I
    like to do the daily challenges in the morning, so I have only attempted to run taptiles before 11am each day. This morning it worked.

    so whatever happened in the past 24 hours did the trick.

    Taptiles number 5 (the last game) for Jan. 14: can not fulfill the condition of the game.

    Taptiles won't load

    I also am having trouble with Taptiles. It starts to open, then closes suddenly. I have spent all day troubleshooting and using suggestions made in different forums, but to no avail. Think I'll leave it till next weekend and see if someone posts something
    truly helpful.
