Discus and support Taptiles, Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Jigsaw in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Keep getting error codes for these three games it has been 4 days now.     Taptiles, Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Jigsaw


    Keep getting error codes for these three games it has been 4 days now. Why hasn't it been fixed yet!!!

    games wont execite

    When trying to execute jigsaw, mahjong and taptiles get the message 'check your account Microsoft jigsaw/taptiles/mahjong is not available to you'.

    I have restarted Windows 10 and executed wsrest as an administrator and MUWG still is only "loading...".

    Solitaire, taptiles, mahjong, soduko, and jigsaw all work fine.

    Further correction: I find I can sign into MS Jigsaw, Mahjong, and Taptiles OK. It is just Solitaire and the main Xbox account which won't let me in. The latter is particularly curious, since Jigsaw etc are accepting the same username and password...

    Bump... I am having sign in issues with Microsoft Mahjong as well. My Taptiles and Microsoft Solitaire Collection sign in just fine.

    Frustrating..... None the Microsoft games worked for 3 days. This sucks. Now I miss the old Windows

    I Have been having the same issue. when I play Microsoft Jigsaw, Taptiles and Mahjong. They all keep stopping and crashing and then the game disappears whilst I have been playing the daily challenges. As these are Microsoft games. Can you please fix the
    issue as this so called Windows 10 is so good. So pull your finger out of your behind.... been going on for 3 days now

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.
