Taptiles 8.1 issue AGAIN!

In December 2014 my HPPavilion touchsmart laptop was upgraded to windows 8.1. Taptiles stopped working and tried uninstall /reinstall but nothing worked. Alas, in early January I did a refresh of my laptop and Taptiles started working again. I was able to
play until yesterday after windows updates. The problem is when I click on the Taptile icon it goes to the purple screen and then goes to the last screen I was on.

I have tried contacting the Official Microsoft group to no avail. Reading the posts under Taptiles it appears I'm not alone.

WOULD SOMEONE FROM MICROSOFT PLEASE!!!!! HELP!!!!!

Cannot get updates

Windows 8.1 installs updates automatically to games. I have been seeing this issue with Adera as well. When you say that Taptiles won't work completely, what is it doing?

Taptiles won't load

Taptiles loads to the opening page of the game but no tiles. I'm using 8.1.

We have the same problem, Taptiles minimizes itself immediately on launch an HP Envy laptop. It was working, then stopped. This problem exists with both accounts on the Envy. Taptiles works fine on both accounts on an HP Pavilion. On my desktop, Taptiles
will not connect to Xbox, although other Xbox games work fine. All systems run Windows 8.1 All systems are current on Windows and application updates.

I had internet 8 and updated to 8.1. When I had 8 taptiles worked perfectly. Now, when I play solitare or majohng when I AM SIGNED IN. Taptiles will not play and only shoots taptiles to the task bar on the desktop and refuses to open or let me sign in.
Updates or uninstall does NOT work. Help.

I cannot use Taptiles since it says that it needs an update. Store says that there are no app updates for my Win 8.1 computer. I have verified that I am signed into the Store and Games, but no update is available and Taptiles will not work completely.
Please correct ASAP.
