    Just curious,

    I've been on Xbox for almost 10 years now. Never once have I received any type of discipline action for Microsoft/XBL. I was apparently reported for harassment but I don't see what exactly I did to cause this issue. Does anyone have any idea who I can contact
    to actually get an answer to what i allegedly did? Just trying to prevent this from happening again! I have read the thread and so one im just wanting evidence on what exactly I did/said. Thank you for any help Talking to someone about an enforcement issue. :)

    the above will be able to tell you more. Usually you were reported for something silly such as killing over and over in GTA:O or something similar. File a case review and see what happens.

    We in the forums wont be able to assist with anything regarding enforcement actions.

    Only the enforcement team can help with that, they do NOT have any direct contact besides through the case review option.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle enforcement issues. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com if you were suspended for information about the suspension
    and to see about submitting a case review. If the suspension is eligible for a case review, they will occasionally tell you what you did, but generally they will only tell you what you see on the enforcement site.

    Hey there Hunter,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this enforcement action. In this case the only thing to do would be to reach out to the Enforcement team by going through the
    Enforcement Website and submitting a Case Review to get this looked over.

    Go ahead and give it a try. I hope this helps.

    Unfortunately a case review is the only way of contacting the enforcement team.
