    How do i speak to a real person from microsoft or xbox support. i am stuck in an endless loop. i call microsoft and it automatically says to request a call on support.xbox.com but no matter what i enter in the contact us page it just takes me to the virtual assistant that is beyond useless and there is no option to request a call as it states on the phone and website. this could not be more frustrating as i have thousands of dollars tied up with microsoft products otherwise i would go straight to sony and not look back.

    You were on the right page to contact support via chat, you have to go through the virtual assistant and then you will be attended by a real person.

    You can chat with them which is just as good as talking. The wait time is usually very short.

    Yes. Sign on at the
    Support site     with your account. Select the issue you are having, and if prompted to talk to a virtual agent, decline it. You should get other options, such as a free callback from a live Microsoft employee or speaking in online chat with a live Microsoft
    employee.
