    no answers here. all what they can say - "apply your case review" ...there something should be done with that enforcement team cause i see so many comlaints, and me, myself, was banned 3 times this year different accounts - is this a violation?)), all for
    nothing, i believe. Playing from 2013 and allgood,then 3 bans in the end of 2017)))

    talking to enforcement so complicated!!!

    The questions are there to make sure the person who is suspended is familiar with the code of conduct,which they violated to get suspended in the first place.

    All the answers are in the ToU/CoC & are extremely easy if you are familiar with the ToU/CoC.

    How Much time i can hope a reply ?
    Depending on the complexity of the case and the reason you gave for ending the suspension and how many other case reviews the team has to process, it can take 2 working days. So if you submitted the review on Friday, you might get a reply later today or on
    Tuesday.
