takes my credits but does not download new puzzles then shuts down please fix it

Program shutting down is a big problem with the daily challenges. After completing a puzzle, it shuts down and does not check off the puzzle as completed.

I'm having a pretty similar issue. I used my gold to purchase several puzzle packs, and played some of them just fine. Then one day, my puzzle packs were gone from the My Collections box. I went into the "See all Collections" box and the puzzles I purchased
are there and the "Download" button is active, but when I click on that, it shuts the game down. I can not download ANY of the puzzle packs, even when I tried purchasing a new one...it deducted my gold, but did the same thing...shut the game down when I clicked
on the download button. I tried uninstalling, resetting the store cache, reinstalling, etc. as outlined on the Facebook Notes page, but none of those steps have helped...it's still doing the same thing. I'm using Windows 8.1 64 bit, on a Gateway NE series

The delay is generally for two reasons; the first is the console checking for any pending downloads, which with back ground downloads turned on would be carried out on shut down. The second reason is as other have suggested, simply the console cooling down
– you’ll find that the longer the console has been on i.e. the hotter it is, the longer the shut down process will take.

Try turning off background downloads to see if shut down times are reduced.

I personally notice that my console shuts down faster in the winter (cold in my house) as it does not get as hot as it does in the summer.

most of the times when I started playing the Microsoft Solitaire Games (Events).

That's right - this problem is about the game puzzle which is solved and completed, the game shuts down and

no credits is added to my game.

I hope that you can look into this problem quickly, because it affects my ranking status when I have to repeat

that game again, thus taking more time to complete the whole puzzle games. In some cases, I have to repeat

the same puzzle game twice or thrice before credit points are added.

Thanks for replying i just wanted to access my account on my 360 so i can purchase stuff before its shut down its just i cant get the download profile option to work (if it does get fixed please reply when its fixed 😁👍)
