Take advantage of Game Pass offer with a debt

Currently there is a 3 month Game Pass offer for $139 MX and I want to buy but I can not get it because there is a debt of $139 MX for 1 month for not disabling the renovation, my question is: If I pay the debt and buy the subscription can cancel the subscription
request a Refund and then buy the offer?

Yea thats an issue for the game itself and not directly aimed at UT.

EA will never take away this pass so just have to live with it; as others have said recover your account redeeem the pass onto another console in the house and they can take advantage off the online gaming!
