Tainted Xbox Live Record

Please don't misunderstand my post, before we begin this is meant to be a bit of humour to share as
I find this funny but upsetting (sad upsetting not angry) It's no big deal as my overall reputation is still the default green well behaved label but, I have this 1 really tiny 24hr suspension that I got YEARS ago during the 360 era that bugs
me to this day...

I had in my motto "[Mod Removed]" as a direct quote from Sergeant Johnson (said during the ODST firefight pre-order Johnson bonus trailer) and my account was suspended for a day or two because of it. It caught me off guard and was quite a shock.

Today, I still use that quote in my Xbox One bio now along with a MW2 Makarov quote. I haven't been warned or suspended since. I find this very odd and I am kind of disappointed that my gamertag doesn't have a clean record because of Johnson. Especially
over something as dumb as that, which doesn't seem to make me get banned today for still using it.

I've seen worse- people using the 'flip the bird' emoticon, drawing perverted pictures with letters and bypassing profanity filters with no problem. Me on the other hand have lost my clean record due to quoting Sergeant Johnson from Halo. I say again, QUOTING
SERGEANT JOHNSON FROM HALO.

But yeah these are my thoughts on this small issue. Any ideas? Thoughts? Maybe a remedy? Or even a sorry from Xbox? Its probably the most funniest (undeserving) suspension to ever happen on Xbox Live but there it is I guess. My record is tainted by a 24hr
suspension that happened years ago because I quoted Sergeant friggen Johnson! How funny is that?!
