That means that they will be able to offer the same quality connection no matter where you live, it doesn't mean that if your ISP is subpar it will make up for it.

Hello Razorphrenia

I can see there that you have mentioned Wired as your method for connecting but you seem to be selecting the Wireless to connect. Could you try clicking the first option to connect showing the 'Adapter' Icon for Wired connections if you have not done so
already? You want to be able to test the connect through the Wired connection not the 'Wireless Bars Icon' one "Wired or wireless (for each console): Wired"

Also just a theory, could your Ethernet cable be faulty? I wouldn't have thought you could connect to wireless when a Ethernet Cable is plugged in but I could be wrong. There is no demonstration of testing Ethernet in that video. Have you tried connecing to
the Wireless without any Ethernet Cable plugged in?

Assuming you're using Wifi for both devices, the range is only as good as the Wifi signal between each device and the router.

Keep in mind that it's best to stream when both devices are wired to the network via ethernet. A weak Wi-Fi signal can produce a low quality stream with high input lag.
