    Hey so I have a question, why all of a sudden when I open my settings on my xbox the personalization tab is not coming up anymore. Also before you answer to so it from the app its not that I want to make a xbox my home xbox So I don’t know why it is not

    Sorry to hear this has happened to you, have you tried factory reseting your consoke back to before the xbox update was installed on to it?

    I have done all the troubletroubleshooting it has asked me to do. All it does is saying preparing console and something went wrong. Microsoft says it needs to be sent in for repair. And unfortunately after only a year and a half just don't fly with
    me. Warranty only last a year.

    open the guide, and then select (by pressing RB to tab to the right)Settings > General > Personalization (should
    be top right selection)
