system update Successful but games Wont Load

I did the xbox one system update last night and this morning it said it was successful, but all my games wouldn't load. When I click on them it seconds later I receive an error code stating that it closed due to taking too long to load. What to do?

Madden

Madden wont load the latest update on my system. All other games work fine. internet connection is fine as well.

 

System crashing after update

I did A software update about 2 weeks ago. Issues I have:

• System freezes randomly
• when xbox loads it takes almost 2 minutes for my xbox to load my homepage
• Xbox fails to load profile. Everything is gone. Have to reset console
• wont read discs anymore and if it does, it freezes randomly
• takes forever to load apps, causes issues with the app, and when returning to home screen it takes awhile to load
  

it just asked me tonight to do another software update and it failed the first time and was successful the second time however the only thing I see fixed is my profile will load now.

 

Try to sign out and clean your console cache before signing in back.

To clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Plug the power cable back into the console.

Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

Turn on the console using the power button.
