    System update isnt working


    System update isnt working.

    i tested the network connection and it says that the console is connected with internet. i did a power cycle? (Turn off the console the plug the cord off then plug back in). Update shows up on screen, i click on update, but i still get a error message saying, there was a problem wirh the uodates. error code is 0x80072EE2, 0x00000000,0x00000206.

    How can i update without getting this error??

    Please try the steps from this link to do an offline system update method, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne....

    If that doesn't work, you can also try the factory reset by doing the button sequence below.

    - Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

    - Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    - Wait 30 seconds.

    - Plug the power cord back in.

    - Press and hold the BIND button (the one you use to sync controllers) and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    - Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

    - Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart.

    Note: If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.

    - You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

    - The console should start and show the Troubleshooting screen

    - Choose "reset this Xbox" and there you have an option to Keep Games and Apps (already downloaded) or to Remove Everything

    Your best solution (as I have told many such FIFA players recently) is just to get rid of that game. It seems to the "black sheep" of gaming judging from the number of posts and threads complaining about it and EA itself in the last several months.
