    I JUST NEED HELP. Last at 10:30pm I turned on my Xbox and was presented with a system update. After performing the update it crashes and I was given the error codes startup System update error 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x90000005. Since it was after hours I went to the support page and followed every step they had. I hard reset the console, I cleared the cache, I performed a factory reset, I uninstalled my account, I tried performing the update wireless and wired. Tried installing update via hotspot. After exhausting all options I was referred to the Xbox gamers experts support. After going through three different Xbox experts with no solution I was connected to a Microsoft technician. He suggested I perform an offline update. Not owning a windows computer I had to drive to my girlfriends house, use her laptop and her flash drive, just to download the offline update. Then after successfully downloading it and following each step closely I went back to my house to perform the update. After attempting the offline update the console again crashed and presented the codes E101 80070570 90000005. After attempting to contact the technician again It did not work and online it said the console is dames and needs repair. Come this morning I contact Xbox support where i explain this who scenario in detail only to have them tell me there’s nothing they can do and hang up mid call. Three times I’ve called and have been hung up on. The console does not leave my house, I live alone. The xbox has never physically been damaged and I need an answer. I’ve posted on Reddit, Xbox support help forums, and have been hung up three times from the call center. What is going on. I need a solution. pictures of issue

    I have also had a failed update today ... I was directed to the diagnostic offline system update by Microsoft chat support and the zip file I downloaded would not extract ... got error 0x80004005 host.xvd file.

    After 3 failed attempts at an offline system update the console has gone off for an exchange/repair. There will now be a minutes silence.

    This means that your console is actually trying to update but it is failing.

    The next best option is an offline update.

    To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

    A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port

    A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS
