    System update error status: 4497-0000-3080-D000-0185


    I have been trying to find a support phone number for Australia to get technical support about this error. Xbox working fine till a software update prompt.

    Successfully updated, then prompt comes back and is installed another five times. Now install fails to downlad with error. Can't do anything on Xbox360 now except play from discs.

    I need technical support contact details for Australia. Getting a callback between 11pm and 10am doesn't really work for me.
