    System seems to not remember I purchased marvel vs capcom


    I purchased marvel vs capcom infinite deluxe edition and the character pass ..it shows I own the character pass but is recharging me for the game ...is there anything that can be done?

    We need to check your license for the game first, kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate your order for the game. You should see the order stated as "completed".

    If it's not there please check all Microsoft accounts that you own as we need to see the order transaction to confirm our license for our games.
