    Late august 2018 i decided to try to install the Xbox beta updates to my console, at the time I was new to the Xbox one so when it started having issues I thought I just needed to reset it, and when that didn't help I just got used to the super choppy
    home transition and terrible delay between button presses on any menu. But now my console will not let me even add a new account or even transfer to external storage. I'm kinda lost here, don't want to reset it and have done it for nothing if I have to reinstall
    everything with the current issues.

    You will need to un-enroll from the Xbox Insider Program to help restore normal features. Click the following to get the steps to do so.

    Just the way I sent it in my initial message, friend.

    I will resend:

    cviniciusm, this is an extremely complicated situation because microsoft does not have a rollback system yet. You will not be able to use your console in momonot.

    After exiting the Insider, you will have to wait for your Insider update to go live. Only in this way will you be able to download the OSU from the website and install it.
